Sales of homes in the region saw 308 homes changing hands. This represents an increase of 17.10% from the month before and down 1.90% compared to the same month last year.

The median time homes spent on the market was 46 days, which is unchanged compared to last month and an increase of 11 day over the previous year.

Currently, with a Market Pulse Score of 91, Mobile County’s real estate market appears to be experiencing a downtrend.
