Sales of homes in the region saw 84 homes changing hands. This represents a decline of 34.4% from the month before and down 30.0% compared to the same month last year.

The Median Days on Market was 126 days, up 29 days from the previous month and up 26 days from the prior year.

Currently, with a Market Pulse Score of 106, Monroe County’s real estate market appears to be experiencing an upturn.
