The report shows that the Median Sale Price in Madison County reached $267,400 as of July 2024, marking an increase of 0.9% over the previous month and a 4.5% drop compared to a year ago.

105 homes were sold, an increase 18.0% from the previous month and an increase of 12.9% from the prior year.

Homes remained on the market for a median of 22 days, which is down 6 days from the month before and up 7 days from the previous year.
