MyMarketPulse (mymarketpulse.com) recently disclosed its January 2025 findings on the housing market conditions in Grand County, Colorado.

According to the latest data, Grand County’s Median Sale Price was pegged at $802,500, showing a decrease of 19.8% from the preceding month and a drop of 34.5% from the year before.

The area witnessed the sale of 27 homes during this period, which is a 22.9% decrease from the preceding month and unchanged compared to the same timeframe last year.

Additionally, the Median Days on Market for listings was observed at 71 day, 5 days longer compared to the previous month and shorter by 40 days from last year.

With the Market Pulse Score sitting at 87, the trend in Grand County’s housing market seems to be falling.
