According to the latest data, Chautauqua County’s Median Sale Price was pegged at $135,000, showing an increase of 1.5% from the preceding month and a drop of 3.6% from the year before.

During this period, 54 homes were sold in the area, reflecting a decrease 12.9% compared to the month beforeand and a decrease of 23.9% from the same month in the previous year.

Additionally, the Median Days on Market for listings was observed at 33 days, 12 days longer compared to the previous month and shorter by 6 days from last year.

With the Market Pulse Score sitting at 91, the trend in Chautauqua County’s housing market seems to be falling.
