The report shows that the Median Sale Price in Nassau County reached $472,500 as of February 2024, marking a decrease of 4.10% over the previous month and a 19.20% rise compared to a year ago.
A total of 126 homes were sold in the region, indicating an increase of 37.00% from last month and a drop of 20.30% when compared with a year ago.
Additionally, the Median Days on Market for listings was observed at 52 days, 15 days shorter compared to the previous month and shorter by 46 days from last year.
With the Market Pulse Score sitting at 89, the trend in Nassau County’s housing market seems to be falling.
