The report shows that the Median Sale Price in Polk County reached $236,000 as of February 2024, marking an increase of 21.10% over the previous month and a 12.40% rise compared to a year ago.

Sales of homes in the region saw 35 homes changing hands. This represents an increase of 16.70% from the month before and down 2.80% compared to the same month last year.

Homes remained on the market for a median of 24 days, which is down 23 days from the month before and down 17 days from the previous year.
