We assign a MarketPulse score based on the three-month weighted average of home sales volume and sale prices versus previous twelve months. Counties were then ranked from highest to lowest based on this score.

In Kentucky, the hottest-selling market is Christian County, where the MarketPulse Score is 98 and the median sales price comes in at $227,450 with 38 homes sold.

On the flip side, Pulaski County sits at the bottom of the market with a MarketPulse Score of 79 with 27 homes sold.
