MyMarketPulse (mymarketpulse.com) recently disclosed its January 2025 findings on the housing market conditions in Lancaster County, Virginia.

The report shows that the Median Sale Price in Lancaster County reached $350,000 as of January 2025, marking an increase of 10.4% over the previous month and a 3.9% drop compared to a year ago.

Sales of homes in the region saw 15 homes changing hands. This represents a decline of 11.8% from the month before and up 7.1% compared to the same month last year.

Additionally, the Median Days on Market for listings was observed at 91 day, 41 day longer compared to the previous month and longer by 50 days from last year.

With the Market Pulse Score sitting at 89, the trend in Lancaster County’s housing market seems to be falling.
