24 homes were sold, a decrease 22.6% from the previous month and a decrease of 17.2% from the prior year.

The median time homes spent on the market was 46 days, which is up 8 days compared to last month and an increase of 15 days over the previous year.

With the Market Pulse Score sitting at 97, the trend in Cass County’s housing market seems to be falling.
