The report shows that the Median Sale Price in Cherokee County reached $180,000 as of May 2024, marking an increase of 24.1% over the previous month and a 10.4% rise compared to a year ago.

14 homes were sold, an increase 27.3% from the previous month and an increase of 55.6% from the prior year.

Homes remained on the market for a median of 10 days, which is down 21 day from the month before and down 3 days from the previous year.
